My stay at this hotel was wonderful overall. The rooms were spacious and perfect for traveling with a young family, offering all the essential facilities needed. The service, though friendly, could benefit from some extra customer service training. The location above the stunning Esmeralda cove was truly picturesque, and the dining experience, while slightly limited in options, still provided fresh seafood delights. The facilities were basic but met our needs efficiently.
